But when acute symptoms call for short-term care in a facility, the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford offers a comfortable, home-like alternative to the hospital. With the help of generous donations from the community, we have served more than 6,800 hospice patients and their families at the Delaware Hospice Center since it opened its doors in 2008.The Pathway of Memories at the Delaware Hospice Center links the gardens to the lobby of the family patient suites. Lined with commemorative bricks celebrating individuals, families, businesses, and community organizations, the Pathway serves as a lasting tribute to those it honors. We invite you to celebrate your own family member or friend — living or deceased — with a commemorative brick.
